Congratulations to all the runners in the 2009 edition of Stone Steps 50k. It was a great day on the trails, with another male course records being broken. We also had 75 registered runners and 60 starters, both new marks as well.

Jay Smithberger broke his own course record by over 3 minutes, in 4:16:17.

First place female was Loretta Fox, finishing in 5:40:05.
